70581 - 1974 Ranger/Jensen 33 33’ HIN RAY331330674 - Insured called to report his mast on
sailboat fell over into the water. Was notified by a neighbor. Not sure of damages due to the fact the mast is
still in the water. He does see the mast is bent in half. - The mast is broken in two. The vessel’s engine is
an Atomic 4 that has supposedly been rebuilt and is currently out of the vessel in the owners garage in Los
Angeles. Owner will coordinate with purchaser to pick up engine.
As is, Where is No warranty as to fitness for any purpose, buyer to accept all liability after delivery. Sellers reserve
the right to reject any offers
